Caroline & Matt | The Rickhouse Durham, NC
December 15, 2018
What a way to close out my 2018 season! Caroline & Matt had an amazing wedding day this past Saturday. I remember meeting them back in January, and I couldn’t wait for their wedding day since! These two know how to have fun, roll with the punches and were just so happy & chill their whole wedding process. Their entire bridal party was incredibly welcoming & SOOO much fun. Even though we didn’t have the most optimal weather for their wedding day, we had the luck that it stopped raining during their portrait time, and we got some pretty awesome night time portraits with the drizzle that was happening (so worth the scroll!!!)
Caroline had such a beautiful gown, with added custom made sleeves and fur from her grandma to complete her winter wedding look. The boys were decked out in navy suits & emerald ties, to match the bridesmaids navy dresses and honorary bridesmaids emerald green dresses. Classic and dimensional white & greenery bouquets matched perfectly with their color palette.
I also have to give a shoutout to Caroline’s bridesmaid Anna, who designed their invitation suite, program and made Foldger (Caroline & Nick’s dog) a little present on their wedding day through graphics!
Caroline shared a first look with her dad, bridesmaids and Matt (which was super adorable with their audience in the background!)
Congratulations Caroline & Matt! I hope you have an amazing mini-moon in Asheville, and I can’t wait to see your adventures in Thailand later on!!!
