We’ve been waiting on these for ages now! With COVID postponing both Mackenzie’s Bridal Session and Wedding Day, and then weather postponing her bridals again, I was so happy to finally get this beauty back in front of the camera! I shot Mackenzie & Hunter’s engagement session back in November of 2018 (over a year and a half ago) so I was so excited to see her again!!!

Castle McCulloch has been on my must shoot list for a while now. I’m such a history nerd, that this historic venue is a to die for for me! Yes the inside has no natural light, but lights up beautifully with just a couple of flashes. I can’t wait to show you the floral arch going to surround the door on their wedding day. The front doors will serve as a backdrop for their indoor ceremony (thank goodness because July in NC is HOTTTT).

We headed to High Point University after Castle McCulloch, where Mackenzie & Hunter met. We confirmed with security that she was the first person to have pictures taken in HPU new conservatory! Such a beautiful campus!
