This week I got to take a short trip to Charleston, South Carolina with nine other photographers from the East Coast. The wonderful Ashton Kelley organized this whole trip, and did an amazing job. She is preparing for her next retreat that will be in Charleston in August! I caught a ride with another Raleigh photographer, the wonderful Amber Robinson! 

After everyone arrived we headed downtown to Rainbow Row, aka Photographer’s Heaven, and met up with two local creatives and their husbands! Jordan and Ben Blackwell live in Columbia, South Carolina, and they drove two hours to hang out with us for the knight. Jordan is also a photographer! Angela and Bill Lorimer live in Charleston, and she is a graphic designer.
